When we were young, my father purchased a house in my sister's name. After that she got married and is now living with her husband's family. I am the only person living in this house. She has now issued a notice to me to vacate the house. I don't have any other place to go to, what do I do?

Since the agreement stands in the name of the sister, you would be required to prove that the father did not have any intention to have the flat belonging to the sister alone and thus, seek partion and/or other reliefs in respect of the flat from a civil court.
