Overpaying for your new property purchase?

So, you are looking to buy your own house or office or shop, or just rent one for a while? Have you been quoted a price for the same, but not sure if you are over paying? At Questate, we provide you with upto 5 latest transactions in your area. You can look through each of these previous transactions, can cross-check and make sure that you are paying the market price.

Steps:

1. Enter your location on the search bar.
2. Drag the pin on the map to the desired location of your prospective purchase.
3. To start drawing the boundary, click on the shape button placed at the top left of the map. You may now click on each location where you would like to place the respective boundary marker.
4. Once the boundary is complete ie. you have joined the last boundary to the first boundary, you may fill in the form below and click on submit
Note: If you'd like to delete your current boundary, please click on the boundary and then click on the "Delete Selected Boundary" button. You may now start redrawing your boundary.
