Our flat in MHADA is in my brother's name. We took out a loan together for this flat but I paid all the EMIs and the down payment. Now I wish to transfer the flat in my name. What is the procedure?

This can be done only if your brother agrees to transfer the same in your name. If he does, he can gift you the same using gift deed.
