We are paying society maintenance of Rs2000, however are not getting services such as our building doesn't have watchman, no CCTV installation no security at all. Water is given for only 20 minutes in the evening. When we call for a meeting, the committee tells us that by law the meeting shall be conducted after 3 months. Please let me know what to do.

Write to the committee to call for a meeting for resolution of the problem. However, if this does not rectify the problem, you can approach the registrar of socieities for the same
