Generally As per Road Width Regulation 30. FSI will be 2 x 1.35 =2.7 for Residential Use, However under 33(12)B FSI on Existing 9m Road can be enhanced up to 4 x 1.35 = 5.4. But As pf Now 33(12)B is Suspended due to New Policy Awaited.
Kurla having Height Restriction FSI Consumption Could be a challenge which needs tobe checked.
