I am residing on the top floor of a Society in Bandra.Recently i had to repaired the ceiling for leakages and damaged plaster. Can i claim compensation to repairs carried out from the Society?

The Bombay High Court, in a recent decision, has held that a co-operative society is responsible for repairs of a leaking roof.
